Thank you for playing Bầu Trời Diều Sáo. We are committed to protecting players’ privacy and personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you use our application.
1. Information we collect
When you download and play the game, we may collect:
- Account information: When you sign in with Google, Facebook or Play Now (Guest), we collect a unique user ID supplied by that platform or generated by the device, along with your display name.
- Game progress: Coins, items (kites, strings, skins), rank, match history and achievements are stored on our servers for synchronization across devices.
- Transaction data: In-app purchases, such as coins or an ad-removal bundle, are processed through Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store. We receive only an anonymous receipt identifier (Purchase Token) for verification; we do not store credit card information.
- Analytics and advertising data: We use third-party libraries, such as Google AdMob, to display ads. These partners may collect the device advertising ID, IP address and basic device information to deliver relevant ads.
2. How we use information
The data is used to:
- Create, maintain and synchronize your game account.
- Process payments, coin top-ups and item delivery.
- Prevent cheating, hacking and disruption of the game system.
- Improve the game and provide ads appropriate to the player experience.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Information is shared only:
- With service providers (Google Play, AdMob, PayOS) as necessary to operate the game and process payments or advertising.
- When required by competent law enforcement authorities.
4. Player rights and data deletion
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of all your personal data, including your account and game progress, from our servers.
- In the game: Go to Settings → Account Management → Delete Account. After confirmation, your data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Through the website: Read the account deletion instructions or contact

5. Information security
We apply the strongest encryption and data security standards to protect our servers and databases from unauthorized access. However, no method of Internet transmission is 100% secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
6. Children
The application complies with children’s privacy rules, such as COPPA. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental consent. If we discover such a case, we will delete the data immediately.

Account and data deletion instructions
Bầu Trời Diều Sáo (Kite Flying Sky) gives you control over your data. To stop using the game and permanently delete your personal information, including your account, coins, progress and items, follow these instructions.
Method 1: Delete directly in the game (recommended)
- Open Bầu Trời Diều Sáo on your device.
- On the home screen or menu, select Settings (gear icon).
- Select Account Management / Account Profile.
- Select the red Delete Account button.
- Read the warning that this cannot be undone, then select Confirm.
- The system will immediately disable the account, sign you out and completely delete your data from our servers.
Method 2: Request deletion by email (if you uninstalled the game)
If you have removed the app and do not want to reinstall it:
- Email gamebitsquad@gmail.com.
- Use the subject “Request to delete my Bầu Trời Diều Sáo game account”.
- Include your in-game display name, linked account type (Google or Facebook) and the associated email address or ID so we can verify the request.
- Our support team will verify and delete the data within 3–5 business days, then send a completion confirmation by email.
Deleted data cannot be restored in any form.
